Managing Director, Steve Hurst, has over 25 years experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. A cool customer himself, he is accustomed to solving the most intricate of heating, air con and ventilation problems and absolutely loves a challenge!

His previous experience has prepared him well, after 5 years as service engineer, Steve set up a fast growing air conditioning service partnership in Wycombe but, keen to stay at the forefront of Air con installation and with a vision to provide an extended service to encompass total ventilation solutions, maintenance and plumbing services, Steve set up Absolute Temperature Ltd.

The company was formed in 2007 with Steve in sole charge. He is now growing the business and working with private end users, blue chip companies and FM companies alike.
